User Research & Experience Strategy: Through active and passive observation methodologies, we identified a key archetype: the “Explorer Office Worker”—urban professionals seeking fast yet high-quality food experiences. Using focus groups, interviews, card sorting, and co-creation workshops, we crafted a User Persona, shaping an enhanced service model tailored to their needs. Brand Identity & Physical Store Concept: A fresh, modern brand image was developed, combining neutral base tones with vibrant accents to create an energetic, welcoming space. Whether customers arrive by car, bike, or on foot, the store layout was designed for speed and convenience, supporting busy professionals in their daily routines. Sustainable Packaging & Environmental Responsibility: Autopan embraced biodegradable packaging with warm, inviting messaging, blending tradition with modernity while reinforcing environmental responsibility.
Autopan App – A Seamless Digital Experience: The Autopan app bridges Bogotá’s culinary heritage with modern convenience, providing a frictionless experience designed for trust and engagement.
